Meet Hari Ravuri.
Founder, Trendy Remodel
Hari’s career has involved projects ranging from small initiatives to multimillion-dollar programs. More than 30 years leading Fortune 500 work developed his approach to planning, budgeting, risk, and execution, supported by project-management credentials from Georgia Tech and the Project Management Institute.
A passion for residential design and construction led him to design and build custom homes and manage luxury remodeling projects. That experience brings his technical thinking into the details of how people live.
As a licensed Georgia real estate agent, with additional experience in mortgage and finance, Hari also considers the home as an asset. At Trendy Remodel, he brings these perspectives together to help homeowners make informed decisions about function, aesthetics, comfort, and long-term value.

A place to live.
An investment
to consider.
The choices in a remodel reach beyond the finishes. How will the room work every day? Where should the budget go? How do the changes fit the rest of the home?
Hari’s broader experience informs these conversations, helping you weigh what matters now alongside your longer-term plans for the property.
Start thinking through your projectSee the space as a whole.
Consider layout, storage, movement, and materials together. A beautiful room should also make everyday life work better.
Make the important choices clear.
Understand the possibilities, practical constraints, and budget tradeoffs. The right recommendation begins with what matters to you.
Bring discipline to the details.
Thoughtful planning, a defined scope, and clear coordination give the work direction. Decisions about one part of a project should account for the others.
